Chicken with Cheese and Rice Casserole
This recipe covers several food groups is easy and tasty.

INGREDIENTS:
1 can(10 3/4 ounces) of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice(can substitute brown rice)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables(can sub broccoli florets)
4 skinless boneless chicken breast HALVES
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Stir all ingredients EXCEPT chicken and cheese in a 2 qt shallow baking dish
Top with chicken(you can season chicken as you would like)
Cover and bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked fully and rice is tender
Top with cheese cover and let stand for 10 minutes
Stir rice and serve
